He is exceptionally skilled in leading and managing teams (including sub-contractors), monitoring and complimenting their performances, and developing working relationships for optimum resource utilisation and timely project completion.

Brad has over 40 years experience as a professional Engineer and has held senior project and management roles since 1993. He has developed a wide range of experience with various organisations in mine development, power generation, minerals processing, process engineering, civil engineering, road and bridge construction, building and marine works.
